These Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the Anyvois mobile application and all related services. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and the service operator (hereinafter "Anyvois" or "the Provider"). By continuing to use the App after reviewing these Terms, the user accepts their content in full.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately uninstall the App and cease all use of the Service.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the agreement with the user.

2. Description of the Service

Anyvois is a real-time multilingual voice chat mobile application that enables users to communicate across different languages through automatic translation. Key features include:

The Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time, with or without prior notice, except as otherwise required by law.

3. Access Requirements

To use Anyvois, you must:

The Service is not available in countries or jurisdictions where its use is prohibited by local law. It is the user's responsibility to verify compliance with applicable local laws.

4. Registration and Account Management

4.1 Account creation

Access to the Service requires the creation of an account. Users may register via:

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration and undertakes to keep it up to date.

4.2 Credentials and security

The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. Anyvois shall not be held liable for unauthorized access resulting from the user's negligence in safeguarding their credentials. In case of suspected unauthorized access, the user must immediately notify the Provider at app@anyvois.com.

Anyvois implements a single-device session policy: a new login from a different device automatically invalidates the previous session. The user will be notified of the forced disconnection.

4.3 One account per person

Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of evading bans or sanctions is expressly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

4.4 Account deletion

The user may delete their account at any time from the Account → Delete account section of the App. Deletion is irreversible and results in the permanent removal of all associated data. Messages already received by other users may not be removed from recipients' devices.

5. Acceptable Use of the Service

The user agrees to use the Service lawfully, respectfully, and in compliance with these Terms. In particular, the user shall:

6. Prohibited Content

It is strictly prohibited to publish, transmit, or share through the Service any content that:

  • Is illegal, obscene, pornographic, or violent;
  • Constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child exploitation — such content will be immediately reported to the competent authorities;
  • Incites hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or sexual orientation;
  • Contains threats, stalking, bullying, or harassment directed at other users;
  • Defames, slanders, or harms the reputation of individuals or organizations;
  • Infringes third-party intellectual property rights (copyright, trademarks, patents);
  • Contains malware, viruses, malicious code, or links to harmful websites;
  • Constitutes spam, unsolicited advertising, or pyramid schemes;
  • Attempts to deceive other users (phishing, impersonation);
  • Contains personal information of third parties without consent (doxing);
  • Violates export control laws or international sanctions.

Anyvois reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to suspend or terminate responsible accounts without prior notice. To report inappropriate content, contact app@anyvois.com.

7. Messages, Channels, and Communications

7.1 Nature of messages in public channels

Messages sent in public channels are visible to all channel members. The user acknowledges that such messages may be read by people worldwide and agrees to act accordingly.

7.2 Message TTL in public channels

Messages in public channels are subject to an automatic expiration (TTL) configured by the system administrator. Once the TTL expires, the message is deleted from the server. The user cannot rely on the preservation of messages in public channels.

7.3 Private chats

Private chats (1:1) are not end-to-end encrypted. The Provider may access the content of private chats in cases of legal requests, internal investigations for Terms violations, or security emergencies.

7.4 User responsibility for content

The user is solely responsible for the content they publish through the Service. Anyvois is not responsible for user-generated content but reserves the right to remove it if it violates these Terms.

7.5 Translation accuracy

Translations produced by the Service are automatically generated by translation engines (Argos, Marian NMT, Amazon Translate, Gladia). Anyvois does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of translations for any specific purpose. The user is responsible for verifying critical information.

7.6 Technical limits

PTT voice messages are subject to a maximum duration configured by the administrator (default: 10 seconds for channels, 30 seconds for private chats). Text messages are subject to a maximum limit of 500 characters per message.

7.7 Channel moderation

The owner of a private channel may ban other users from the channel. The Provider reserves the right to intervene in any channel in case of violation of these Terms.

8. Live Translate Feature (LiveSense)

8.1 Consent to audio processing

Use of the LiveSense feature requires the user to explicitly activate the session. Activation constitutes consent to the processing of microphone audio by Anyvois and its provider Gladia (see Section 11 and the Privacy Policy).

8.2 Quota system

LiveSense usage is subject to a gradual quota system to prevent abuse. Quotas are unlocked progressively: 10 minutes on the first day of use, with daily increments up to a configurable maximum. The Provider reserves the right to modify limits at any time.

8.3 Costs and free tier

In the current version, LiveSense is included in the free Service within the limits of available quota. The Provider reserves the right to introduce paid plans for usage beyond the quota, with reasonable prior notice to users.

8.4 Session archiving

LiveSense sessions may be archived in the Anyvois database if the feature is enabled. The user may request the deletion of session data by contacting the Provider.

9. Invite System

9.1 Deep link invites

Users may create invite links to share channels with people outside the App. The link may have an expiration date and a maximum number of uses defined by the creator. The Provider is not responsible for misuse of invite links shared by the user on external platforms.

9.2 In-app invites

Owners and administrators of private channels may invite other registered Anyvois users. The recipient may accept or decline the invitation. The failure to receive an invitation to a channel does not constitute discrimination by Anyvois.

9.3 Prohibition of abuse

It is prohibited to use the invite system to spread spam, deception, or illegal content. The Provider reserves the right to disable invite functionality for accounts that misuse it.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Provider's property

The Anyvois application, source code, design, logo, trademark, interface text, documentation, and all other elements of the Service are the exclusive property of Danilo Scribano and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.

10.2 User content

The user retains the rights to the content they publish through the Service (messages, original text, audio). By publishing content through Anyvois, the user grants the Provider a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and revocable license to process, translate, transmit, and store such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

10.3 Feedback and suggestions

Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback submitted by the user to the Provider may be freely used to improve the Service without any obligation of compensation.

11. Third-Party Services

Anyvois integrates services provided by third parties to deliver its features:

Anyvois is not responsible for interruptions, errors, or changes in third-party services that may affect the delivery of the Service.

12. Service Availability

Anyvois strives to ensure the best possible availability of the Service, but does not offer uptime guarantees. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. The Provider reserves the right to:

The Provider shall not be liable for damages resulting from Service interruptions, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anyvois and its owner shall not be liable for:

The Provider's total liability to each user shall in no event exceed €50.00 or the amount paid by the user for the Service in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.

Nothing in this section limits the Provider's liability for death or personal injury caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence, as provided by Italian law and the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005) where applicable.

14. Suspension and Termination of Account

14.1 Suspension by the Provider

The Provider may suspend or terminate the user's account, with or without prior notice, in the following cases:

14.2 Consequences of termination

Upon account termination, the user will immediately lose access to the Service and all associated data. Channels owned by the user may be deleted or transferred at the Provider's discretion. Messages already sent may remain in recipients' histories until their natural expiration (TTL).

14.3 Voluntary termination

The user may terminate their account at any time via the Delete account function in the App. Voluntary termination does not entitle the user to refunds of any payments already made.

14.4 Survival

The sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive the termination of the account.

15. Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider, its collaborators, and assigns from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the interpretation, validity, or performance of these Terms, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution.

In the absence of an agreement, the competent court shall be that of Monza (MB), Italy, unless a different mandatory provision applies to the consumer user under Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), which grants jurisdiction to the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile.

For alternative dispute resolution (ODR), EU-resident users may access the European platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

17. Changes to Terms

The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email with at least 14 days' prior notice for material changes. Technical or editorial changes may be made without notice.

The latest version of these Terms will always be available at: www.anyvois.com/terms_of_service.html.

Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If the user does not accept the changes, they must stop using the Service and delete their account.
